THE RESTAURANT
 Hotel guests are always in natural surroundings even at meal-times, events managed with the greatest care by Gabriele and Matteo. Breakfast and lunch are served on the panoramic terraces shaded by the majestic palm tree, a reminder that this very special place has been continually evolving for 40 years ….. Dinner is served in the panoramic restaurant with its distinctive fan-shape, with the Cotoncello point, the Enfola promontory and the Tuscan coast standing out on the horizon in an unforgettable view. The cuisine features Tuscan dishes and flavours from Elba’s own tradition, and also simple recipes that use the organic produce and herbs from the Hotel's own vegetable plot. All accompanied by a rich, carefully selected assortment of wines.
